Cookie Policy

Every cookie and similar technology we set, what each one is for, how long it lasts and how to control it — across both the marketing site and the CRM application.

Last updated: 25 July 2026Effective: 25 July 2026

Issued by JINS MATHEW (GSTIN 32DFUPM8363E1Z1), trading as WorkFlicks.

In short: we set no advertising or social tracking cookies anywhere. What we do set is either required to keep you signed in and the service protected, or an anonymous aggregate page count.

That is why you will not see a cookie consent banner on this site — there is no non-essential tracking to consent to.

Section 01

Who sets these cookies

Cookies and similar technologies described on this page are set by JINS MATHEW, a proprietorship registered in India under GSTIN 32DFUPM8363E1Z1, trading as WorkFlicks (“WorkFlicks”, “we”, “us”), of Cherukarayalunkal, Channaplavu, Koruttodu, Kottayam, Kerala 686513, India.

Section 02

What cookies are, and our position on them

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can recognise your browser on a later request. Related technologies do the same job by other means — local storage and session storage keep data in the browser, and a pixel or tag is a small file request used to record that something happened.

We keep this deliberately minimal. WorkFlicks sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party ad or social tracking pixels, does not build advertising profiles, and does not sell or share cookie data for cross-context behavioural advertising. Everything below is either strictly necessary to make the service work or a privacy-preserving aggregate measurement with no cross-site tracking.

Section 03

The categories we use

We group what we set into three categories. Only the first is set without asking, because the service cannot function without it.

  • Strictly necessary — authentication, security and load balancing. These cannot be switched off through a consent banner because turning them off would break sign-in or leave the service unprotected.
  • Functional — remembering a preference you chose, such as your currency or which server the app should talk to. Set only once you use the relevant feature.
  • Aggregate analytics — anonymous, aggregated traffic and performance counts with no cross-site identifier and no profiling.

Section 04

Cookies on workflicks.online

The public marketing site is intentionally light. Browsing it, reading a policy or viewing pricing sets no tracking cookie at all.

  • __cf_bm (Cloudflare, strictly necessary, about 30 minutes) — distinguishes humans from automated traffic to protect the site from bots and abuse.
  • _cfuvid (Cloudflare, strictly necessary, session) — supports Cloudflare’s rate limiting so one visitor cannot overwhelm the site.
  • cf_clearance (Cloudflare, strictly necessary, up to 1 year) — records that a security challenge was passed, so you are not challenged repeatedly. Set only if a challenge was shown.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate analytics, no cookie) — counts page views and performance timings without a cookie, without a cross-site identifier and without fingerprinting.
  • Google Fonts (no cookie) — the site loads its typefaces (Caprasimo and Figtree) from Google’s font network, which means your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request. No cookie is set by it.

Section 05

Cookies in the WorkFlicks CRM

The application at app.workflicks.online is behind a login, so the cookies below exist to keep you signed in and to keep your workspace separate from everyone else’s. If you block them you cannot sign in.

  • __session (Clerk, strictly necessary, up to 7 days) — the signed session token that proves who you are on each request.
  • __client and __client_uat (Clerk, strictly necessary, up to 1 year) — identify the browser as a known client and record when you last authenticated, so we can tell an expired session from a signed-out one.
  • __cf_bm and _cfuvid (Cloudflare, strictly necessary) — as described above, applied to the application and its API.
  • agent_server_url (local storage, functional, until cleared) — remembers which API endpoint the app should call.
  • agency_currency (local storage, functional, until cleared) — remembers the currency you chose for quoting and reporting.

Section 06

Cookies during checkout

Subscription checkout and project payment pages hand you to our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. During that step the provider sets its own strictly necessary cookies to maintain the payment session and to run fraud and risk checks. Those cookies are governed by the provider’s own cookie and privacy notices, and we never receive your full card number.

Section 07

What we deliberately do not use

So there is no ambiguity for anyone reviewing this site, including advertising and platform partners, the following are not present anywhere on workflicks.online or app.workflicks.online.

  • No Meta Pixel, Facebook Conversions API browser tag, or Facebook remarketing tag.
  • No Google Ads, Google Analytics, DoubleClick or remarketing tags.
  • No LinkedIn, TikTok, X or other social advertising pixels.
  • No third-party data brokers, identity graphs or fingerprinting scripts.
  • No cross-site or cross-device tracking of any kind.
  • If we ever introduce an advertising or non-essential analytics technology, we will publish it here and ask for your consent before it loads.

Section 08

How to control cookies

Because we set no advertising cookies, there is nothing to opt out of for advertising purposes. You still have full control through your browser and through the app.

  • Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies for a specific site in its privacy or site-settings panel.
  • Blocking strictly necessary cookies for app.workflicks.online will prevent sign-in; the marketing site will still work.
  • You can clear the functional values at any time by clearing site data for app.workflicks.online, or by changing the preference in Settings.
  • Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected by default in the sense that we run no tracking to disable.
  • If a cookie appears on our sites that is not listed here, tell us at hello@workflicks.online and we will investigate and update this page.

Section 09

Changes to this policy

We review this page whenever we change a provider or add a feature that stores something in your browser. The revision date at the top reflects the current version. Material additions, particularly any non-essential technology, will be announced here before they take effect.
